Unfortunately, there is no 100% chance of successfully recovering data.  

A large part of what will affect a successful recovery is the physical condition of the storage device.  Physical damage to the storage device, which can limit what we are able to recover and possibly prevent us from recovering anything, reduces the chances of successfully recovering all or any of your files.  Some types of damage can be repaired and other types cannot.  

That being said, you have our guarantee that we will use all the knowledge, experience, and tools at our disposal and make every effort to recover your important files.  We will exhaust all procedures available to us before calling it quits.  

 In the event we are not able to retrieve your data we will advise you why we were unsuccessful and let you know if there are any other options available.
