Accepted methods of payment

Venmo is a quick and easy payment option.

If you are not familiar with Venmo, it is a smartphone app (iOS and Android) that is used to provide quick and easy payments for services.

Using Venmo provides immediate payment and sends an alert that payment has been received. You will also have a history showing you sent in payment, how much the payment was for, and when the payment was sent. 

Using this payment method to pay for the Diagnostics Fee lets us know in advance that a shipment is on its way allowing us to reserve time so work can begin immediately once your shipment arrives. 

This method of payment is our preferred option. We have provided the QR code above so you can quickly and easily send us your payment.

If you choose to pay by money order, please make the money order out to FinderOfLostFiles and enclose it with your shipment. 

Once your shipment arrives it will be worked into the work schedule and we will begin as quickly as possible.

 If you choose to pay by check, please make the check out to FinderOfLostFiles and enclose it with your shipment. 

There is a mandatory wait time of 7 business days for your check to clear before work can begin. 

**Note**

If your check does not clear you will be contacted to provide an alternate method of payment. We will retain your shipment until the diagnostics fee has been paid. Once paid we will start the diagnostics process.

If you are unable to pay the diagnostics fee with a different payment method your shipment will be returned to you COD.
